Registration Forms
Registration forms are required to be completed each year, for new and existing youth team players. Please click on the ‘Complete Registration Form’ link below. Please submit your Registration Form before making payment.
How to Pay
Payment, in the form of membership subscriptions, is due annually. The price for the 2023-24 year is £140 per child (£100 for additional siblings). Payments can be made:
Pay Online > via the link below. Select ‘2023/2024 Registration Fee’ and follow the instructions to pay. You have the option to pay for one child, or up to two siblings. Please make sure you complete the Registration Form first and that your Full Name on the payment matches up with the Name given on the registration form so that we can track your payment.
Pay In Person > Please see Hayley to make a direct cash or card payment.
We are pleased to announce that Newquay AFC are offering a special 2023/24 ‘Youth Family Membership’ to parents of Youth players. The offer provides a main club membership for two adults and two children for just £20 a year.
Membership gets you 20% off all bar drinks, discounted venue hire and access to live events/entertainment.
