Work started today to develop and improve the pitches at St Columb Minor and Tretherras School.
Newquay AFC Youth were successful in their bid for a Football Foundation grant called the Pitch Improvement Plan (PIP). The grant is for our own pitch and the pitches we use at Tretherras School and work will continue throughout the year.
The Youth Committee are striving to develop and grow the club in all aspects and the playing surface is another area that will only enhance our young players’ experience and growth.
